Love it, lots of little issues though. Gonna chalk it up to being a beta.
Quite different to older cod's. Something is weird with the netcode but I'm sure that'll get sorted.

We only got into 1 international lobby. Felt pretty decent to be honest.
Rest of the lobbies were local, we had some international players in our lobbies for once.

It's not my kind of game. It's not COD where you can just rush like in the older modern warfare games.

I found the map design terrible. Too much going on on the maps and there is a fuckton of camp spots on each map so far.

As Pancakes mentioned as well, networking is just weird. Sometimes enemies and teammates just appear out of thin air.

Feels like ghosts all over again.

Nothing like Ghosts, that game was an abomination.
It's completely different to any COD.

I think you just need to jam with the old gang again and all will be well for you.
Also the MP7 is godly.

That's not the actual ping you banana. It's just random numbers. The in-game ping counter does not work correctly.

The one on the scoreboard doesn't work, the one you can turn on with your FPS counter does.

Also I can't tell if I like the game or not, I'm not really the biggest ADS while looking at a doorway player but that being said, we played a couple of 2v2 Gunfight games and those are super fun.

The pacing is very different in this one. And fuck man never have I seen so much camping behind closed doors. I got so frustrated last night. I eventually took a sniper and spammed through doors. That yielded many kills because there's almost always a fucking camper behind a door.

Im waiting for open beta to begin, and was gonna base my purchase on that.

Can someone tell me what the server situation is with this game? Dedicated EU servers only? Will there be any local servers hosted by ISPs?
Need to know! fomo is really taking its toll on me XD

I'm getting mashed up with other south africans as for proper local servers I reckon its highly possible since black ops 4 has local servers?

Dedicated servers hosted by MWEB and Psychz Networks.

Most likely local scene will be dead within 2 months....
So hopefully one can play on EU servers, at the very least.
Will be waiting a few months after release to see what happens.

Will there be local servers? The game is a bit expensive imo with regards to fps shooter/tdm. So yeah same will wait till it's about 5-R600 and most bugs are squashed etc. Hopefully the game isn't dead by then..
