Here's the skinny
From what I can determine it looks like a power issue - with the power distribution unit most likely,when machine powers up Fans go max speed then shut down and the CPU block LED flickers
If that's the case the Pump and Fans are fine ( integrated into Rad ) and the block should be good,if not at worst the Pump doesn't work
Seen a few mods and people using AIOs for GPU cooling so if somebody wants to play this should be a good starter. I'm back on Aircooling so this is getting trashed if it's not bought
