Best laptop/notebook you can buy for +-R4500

Hey guys,

My dad wants to buy 2 laptops for his employees.
I said I would look around for him to try and get them the best laptops around that range.

Best I can find seems to be:
Intel Celeron-N4000 (Up to 2.60 GHz)
4 GB RAM
500 GB hard disk drive

Wondering if anyone knows of any better deals or has an online store with anything good, feel free to recommend your own business.
Would need to be new and have a warranty.

I would recommend a used 3d or 4th gen laptop.

The one you listed above may work, however, the Celeron CPU and lack of SSD with only 4GB ram will be painful.

In that price bracket, I'd look at used machines. Can get older gen machines with much better performance than new budget machines.
