Support Banned for no reason???

Good day, I applied to your website, because I was looking to buy some ram from fellow gamers. Been waiting ages for admin to approve my request to join, come back after how long to see if I have been approved, just to see it says I have been banned and "spam" as the reason. I have never posted not replied to anything on your site, because I had to wait for approval. How can I be banned? Nevermind that it takes forever to be approved. I have never spammed in my life, so please explain

The reason why the approval takes "forever" is because we as admins all have 9 to 5 jobs, we don't JUST admin Carbonite and we get a lot of registrations each day.

And then on the ban your account was flagged by our spam add-in which is an immediate rejection and ban
