Seller: @HP18
Buyer:
@BrilliantTech
Description of Bad Deal:
Contacted this seller on WhatsApp on Wednesday regarding this phone. I explained that I need the phone today (Friday) and arranged for courier to pick up yesterday morning.

Seller was unresponsive and replied late last night that he was on the road yesterday and subsequently the phone wasn’t picked even though he agreed someone will be available to hand over the phone.

I asked for a refund this morning and he is refusing hence I’m starting this thread. I am entitled to a cancel the order and receive a refund

Admin, please assist

From what I received (and you, @BrilliantTech as well) it seems like @HP18 wanted to send it with TCG, which is reliable. You said you'd send the courier, and from his point, there was someone at home at all times. His words are:

"He sent me a waybill the next morning and i had the package ready, and left it at home with the family (they are at home whole day).

I was on the road the whole day and finished off late at night. No one had come to collect the phone and no one called asking me for address or any sort."

@BrilliantTech Can you confirm if the driver was there at his address to pick up the phone, and then tried to contact the pickup person, or provide any kind of proof that they attempted the pickup?

Awaiting confirmation from Aramex

Cool. Looking forward to see what they say.

Received this from Aramex

Good day

as per our records the driver attempted collection at 16h26 however the shipment was not ready for collection

Kind regards, BT

Did the driver attempt to call the contact number he was provided with?

Seems like they used the common "go-to excuse" that every courier company uses when they aren't able to pick up the package. If the seller has outside cameras, and it shows they never arrived, then go "full fury" on Aracrap.

This is what I'm thinking as well. Either way, I'm closing this thread, since it seems there's more movement on this thing in PM than on here, so that's where I'll keep it.
