I would prefer to bundle these all together for R10300. Or at least the two cards for R8400.
You can build a nice start up mining rig with this hardware. And should be able to get 1.3Mh/s+. You will be able to get 730Kh/s with the 7950 according to https://litecoin.info/Mining_hardware_comparison. This is about the fastest 7950 for mining.
This is just a feeler and depends on the availability of R9 290x GPUs as I will need to get one of these first. I am also willing to trade for a decent R9 290x for the two GPUs.
