Comes with an Apple Leather Magsafe Cover (sad to be getting rid of this 🥹) and a few extra ones too - blue silicone Apple cover and a generic transparent cover (both not Magsafe).
Phone has pretty much always had a screen protector on (included) as well as a case, so condition is pretty great for its age with only minor scratches. Battery has been a bit worse since iOS 17 but hopefully they’ll fix that with an update — Battery Health is still at 93%. Pics below:
