I have a problem with giving feedback to deals I've made. It keeps on saying "oops we ran into a problem"

I've filled out the spaces but still, I can't seem to get through

So would you please assist me on how to fix this problem

Had the same issue earlier. Couldn’t return feedback. Had same error code.
It’s not because it was something that isn’t allowed feedback. I was trying to return feed back and it gave the error. After a few tries (like reloading and retyping feedback 10 or so times) it finally worked. Just keep trying OP

In my experience, you can't do it via the phone. Has to be on pc.
