Your best bet is going to have to try see if ecc ram works in your pc, but need to make sure it's nor registered ram as that won't work unless you have a xeon cpu.

@solz @maq_ Thank you I was wondering if it was possible. and no my motherboard does not support ecc. It is an old PC that I am using as a server and the 16GB (2x8GB) is a bit low but I will make due
