Why are you moving or looking to move ? Does the 4k monthlys play a role in that decision

My wife and I are moving to a stand alone closer to her work.
The levies are actually really good for everything included. I mean it saves me 1000 a month on gym fees. And they cheaper then my parents place which has nothing close to what I get here. I just don't feel like holding 2 bonds.

Also the levies are 2750 now after the annual increase.

More information: the levies have just been increased to 2750. This includes the following: Gym access, pool access(with active lifeguard), games room (pool and table tennis), indoor soccer field, squash courts, insurance on the building, estate management fees, security fees, maintenance fees (no special levies for painting and maintenance), electrical monthly demand charges, water monthly demand charges, effluent charges and CSOS fees.
