Support 2FA Not able to log in

Hi there, I'm trying to get back into my account but when I try log-in I get prompted with a 2FA verification code. I don't ever remember settings this up, and I can't log-in. I've even reset my password but I'm still getting prompted. I'd be happy to set up 2FA for my account, but there is literally no way that I can without logging in first. Please huuuuuulp, thanks in advance.
