As a note... I would have done this myself but I'm in Johannesburg. I built the PC using mostly Carbonite bits for my wife's brother. He's not tech savvy but likes computer games. Past experiences with him taking it to "people that know" resulted in missing parts, more things damaged, and crazy...

Not sure how long it would take to get here (the fans... seeing as they are shipping from outside the country)... but it would mean you can have a 6GB GTX 1060 with working fans for less than 2k...
It's the property of whoever your actualy fibre provider is (that looks like a metrofibre unit).
It will also be configured specifically for that network.
Further... it's not really a useful item for sale, most fibre networks will not configure any ONT that is not owned by them. They want...
The more common failure seems to be the power supply board... so if you're stuck with this one i'd suggest selling the PSU... they are quite hard to come by. (the PSU on mine died but I was lucky enough to get it RMA'd)
