No most of the time not as most RGB strips should use a 4 pin as it corresponds to 12v, Red, Green, Blue wiring connections. Some Corsair lighting uses a 12V pin, 1 control pin and a ground/negative pin So there might not be any way to link those up together unfortunately

A few problems it could be is that it is not mounted tight enough and it is making a vibration in the case or I could actually be the components in the case or coil whine if it is making a similar noise to that. Try taking to PSU out of the case and starting it up from there

I've had some good experience with those fans but I found they had trouble creating static pressure so I changed as I live in quite a dusty area and I need to create static pressure in the case to keep dust out

There could be a faulty connection between the fibre cable and the modem check the cable or it could also be the connection to the ISP server But if it is a new connection give it at least 2-3 days.My fibre connection with Webafrica took that period before it came online.
