Try using Macrium Reflect to image the drive, and then make a macrium bootable usb as well and use the restore to dissimilar hardware option when restoring the image. As mentioned above maybe test it first this side on a VM or another PC with different hardware.

The game is a little memory heavy and in the beta had a memory leak. Not sure if that has been resolved now. Memory usage for me was round the 12GB mark, playing on 1080p High details.
