Some links to specific PC's for sale that don't use DDR4, have more than 6 cores, fully modular PSU and top tier GPU brand for R13k. I'm genuinely interested.
Maybe it's subjective because it depends what "value" you put on warrranty, condition, shipping risk etc. The best prices I've seen recently is the 5070 Ti last night for R14.5k, a 5070 Ti new for R18k from a reseller, The ARC B580 new for R6.3k, or the 9070 Xt from woot for R16.2k.
