My ping at home (not for much longer as I plan to move out) is 10ms which is better than my ping at rAge. The only thing I would go for is STEAM files (I need 25gigs worth) and COD4 disk which I have lost. Other than that I feel I'll afterwards and it's a waste of my life. GLHF

I would say get 8gigs if you can afford it. I'd get 16 if I could. Yes it's overkill but it's not overkill that won't cost you a ton and if you get some mega game that needs lots of memory (as I predict with BF3) you can just play it and play it nicely. I'm on 4gigs but it's my memory...
