If something is wrong, they take months to respond, let alone refund.

PC Link has two sides, an import business like WantItAll and a local side that orders from local distros. If you go to pclinkshop.com you get the imports, if you go to pclinkshop.co.za you get the local stuff.have a look at their shipping info
they state that they do not hold any stock and each time a order is placed it will be shipped from the US
so basically you might as well buy from amazon and expect the same arrival time.
basically if there is a problem you will have to be in contact with US Suppliers and honestly for me its not worth the few bucks cheaper that they might be
