If you have the steam addition you have to manually select download

Dont think we will be palying it on the release date. There is a additional 30 or 4 gig day 0 update

I expect this game to have bugs. I am sure they will fix it quicker than call of duty is doing it rn. Still day 1 bugs that have not been fixed..... Also got to say. I only now started watching some nightwires and Holy shit I'm hyped af....

Given the amount of hours I have been working, this was not my fear to be honest.

I am hoping to check it out sometime over the weekend (looks unlikely).

On console maybe. But most times they ship the most up to date version on pc. Well it happend to cod where we got an update the day before launch and on launch there was no waiting around you could just click play

Currently 20fps at 4k native ultra ... Not a troll post. With dlss is in the 30s ... Ouch

Ouch indeed :( Any link ? Usually there are some benchmarks up on Youtube but none out so far.

Only info I could find was this from the PCGamer review.
40-50 at 1440p High with no RT or DLSS on a RTX2080 sounds rough, hopefully the NVIDIA Day One drivers save the day or I'll have to wait for HardwareUnboxed to drop a performance guide before I start playing.

With an RTX 2080, i9-9900K, and installed on a SATA SSD, with DLSS enabled on Quality mode on the High graphics preset (no ray-tracing), I maintain a variable 60-80 fps at 2560x1440, dipping lowest when driving through particularly reflection-heavy parts of town.

With DLSS off, the frame window drops to 40-50 fps. Ray-tracing options are particularly resource intensive, so I just kept them off.

The framerate hit wasn't worth the fancy lighting, nice as it looks on a rainy day or in a neon-lit club especially. Someday. Either way, a newer card will go a long way in Cyberpunk 2077, though players still hanging in at 1080p should do fine with older hardware.

So let's say its 10% ... Ok 20% of a performance knock ... So we now move from 20fps to 24fps on a 3090 ultra preset 4k 🥴 ... We need to buy pitch forks ... This in unacceptable we need realsim at 60fps min

Jokes aside you will get that 980 owner wanting 60fps on high settings and will go postal on cd projekt reds twitter account for sure ... They should prepare .

I get flashbacks to when Witcher came out.... The tears were real.

I see you can still get it for around R430 if you use a Russian vpn and purchase through GOG.

Anyone staying up to play it when it launches ?
I might if i go to bed early but not really keen if there is that 43GB update eish...

Ordered mine through Loot. They're supposed to send the key today but still don't have one, so I can't pre-load :(

If I was in holiday mode, sure. But still working, and there's no need to lose sleep over a single player game that will still be there the weekend.
