I've also managed to bag one of these today. They only have graphite, no Mid Grey. There was one left in stock after I placed my order. Thanks @zhjhb for the tip off, you're a legend Sir!🖖

I phoned them because the promo listed the mouse as call to order. I phoned and spoke to a guy called Colin and sent an email but got no reply. How did you order it?

Haha same dude! I also spoke to Colin J, sent him an email, no response for like 3 hours. Eventually sent another email to orders@firstshop.co.za. A guy by the name of Gareth helped me out.

I should have pushed harder instead of putting my faith in Colin. Hopefully it comes right. I'll be devastated if I miss this good price.

I've ordered two of these MX Master 3's in December for myself and @iamgigglz , but Amazon cancelled the order. It's like they are refusing South Africans to have these... lol

Well Colin emailed me this morning to say it's out of stock ETA end of August. Can't believe I have to beg First Shop to take my order. What terrible sales . Won't even try buy from Firstshop again.

Ya I must say they don't seem to be the most professional guys I've dealt with. Never heard of them until now. And their hello Peter reviews seem a bit dodgy to say the least.

They were a proper reputable company around 7 or 8 years back... I guess growth kills attention to detail and professionalism

So I just got this reply from them after enquiring about my order yesterday:

Unfortunately we need to inform you that our warehouse in Midrand has been shutdown for the next two days due to Covid-19.
We plan to re-open on Monday morning 1st July.
All deliveries have been put on hold, please expect deliveries to due today, Thursday or Friday to be delivered the 1st week of August.
We would like to thank you for your continued support and ask that you temporarily please bear with us during these unprecedented times.
We assure you that we will revert to our normal operation soon.

Received an invoice with a tracking number. They use RTT for their shipping but it doesn't seem to be uploaded on their side yet. Hopefully mine has actually shipped.

He responded by saying no they don't have any stock.

Same here I've also recieved an invoice but in the tracking number field it just has the item code of the mouse

I phoned Colin and he said that i should use the invoice number to track it on rtt's website, but it may only reflect later today or tomorrow. Using the invoice number to track doesn't make sense though. There's supposed to be a waybill number. Also under the 'ship via' section, it's been left blank. So i don't think it's actually even shipped. Very unimpressed with this company tbh.

I just placed an order and paid Lastshop the R1600.00 in advance for when they get stock at the end of August.

I couldn't be bothered trying to find it elsewhere anymore.

I have feeling when others retailers get stock its going to be for R2000+ so I may as well pay this price and give the guys at Lastshop a chance to figure out what they're doing.

Had to deal with Colin too. What an #&*hole.

I called him 8:30. He promised an email. At 12:00, when I had not heard anything, I phoned him again. He did not have an excuse as to why he did not send the email. He indicated that there was still stock left. He emailed and I immediately paid and sent him proof of payment. He acknowledged payment and processed my order. That was last Wednesday.

I have since been waiting for my order or at least for a tracking number. Sent him a request today for a tracking number.

He farking replies that due to high volume of orders they ran out of stock and will only receive stock at the end of the month.

What a douche. He really is giving Evetech a run for their money. [emoji36]

I dealt with Gareth (Pretty nice dude actually). I dropped him a mail today asking where's my stuff. He sent me a link to the tracking on RTT's website, the tracking number is the INFC number on the invoice. RTT says they will deliver tomorrow morning

Yep I'm able to track mine now as well. Glad i won't have to deal with this shit show of a company again. At least the price is worth it.
