Hey guys
So I'm looking for something very particular. Any advice would be appreciated.
What I want:
Drevo Calibre 71 key - RGB - White version - Brown keys
This suits pretty much all of my needs but cannot seem to find the white version anywhere.
My needs:
MUST be white
MUST be small form factor - 71 key (65-70% board) > 10 keyless > 60% board.
MUST have dedicated arrow keys
MUST have a detachable usb cable, plus one if it's type c, plus 2 if it had Bluetooth.
MUST be quiet
Would like dedicated pg up pg down home and end keys, but a fn function key for those 4 would be considered.
Would like RGB, but at the very least white backlight.
Would like DSA keys but not a deal breaker. As long as the font is nice and clear.
Budget R1000 - R1500
Use case:
So I'm a Linux SysAdmin, and cannot stand the pudgy cheapass membranes at work. So at the moment, I'm carrying my keyboard to work and back, as I still need it at home for gaming.
I'd like a smaller form factor as it'll make both carrying it to work and back easier, as well as a more comfortable gaming experience (currently constantly bashing my mouse into my full size board.
So I need a board that's going to serve both purposes of work and play. I need the arrow keys and pg up down home and end keys as I use them often at work. And need quiet keys (currently have browns which seem to work fine) as it's an office environment.
What I've found:
So these are the boards I've found, but any and all other suggestions would be highly appreciated, or, if anyone has any of these, an honest review of sorts would be great too.
Ranking in order of how much I like them.
1. DREVO Calibur 71-key - White Version Brown Switches (Seriously, if anyone knows where I can get this please let me know, it's pretty much perfect)
2. Magicforce Smart 2 (Gateron Brown, RGBY Keycaps)
3. Magicforce Smart 68 Key White Gray
4. DREVO Garmr 84 - White with Brown Switches
5. Ajazz ZN Cherry MX Switch 68 Key
Hopefully those will give you a better idea of what I'm looking for.
Thanking everyone in advance.
