personally I tend to, if I am seller, give feedback as soon as buyer has paid
have the bad habit of, when I am the buyer, to give my feedback immediately when I received the item/s, although I should start doing this after I have at least tested/inspected the item/s
many prefer to only give once both parties are satisfied and the deal has been concluded
