Now the wait begins for Asus to get back to me on their waterblock policy.
I scored 14 684 in Time Spy

1980mhxx core clock reported in 3dmark.... did you clock the card or not? If not then your result is insane to say the least.
Dont be scared.... you can do it.

I did luck out with my 9900K though. So super happy with that.
Eh I won't just slap a cooler on, Asus is terrible when it comes to anything warranty related. Don't want to risk a 20K plus card.
Interesting thing... I cannot reach the 15261 result again, sometimes even stuck at high 14K, but I do manage just over 15K. Temp seem to be the issue. Now I understand that we talking different temps seen that I took the whole thing stripped it and fitted a AIO cooler on it, but above 40c seems to break it for me. My best run was done with GPU core temp 40C max and now I'm stuck at 42 to 43C max. Running the card at stock with a +1200 memory clock works without and issue and sees 39C max core temp. Stock is 1980mhz.
It is just so frustrating.... I cannot wait for winter... Ill be tucked away here in my man cave with the cpu and gpu begging for more warmth but I won't budge..... he he he
@Gouhan maybe you can shed some light on this topic.
My friend I wish I could give you an answer it is not easy being here is SA. Ive read a number of rma sites for various suppliers. All of them say as long as the card is returned in the same state all is good.

Good day Jason
Our service has gotten back to us. Please see their response below:
The warranty will be void if the customer takes off the cooling unit.
In order for the customer to install a watercooler, he must take off the current cooling module and this will void the warranty
Therefore the customer is not able to install a water cooler without affecting the warranty
Hope this clarifies things.
Regards,
This is the mail response I got from them (Waited 10 days for this...LOL)
I may end up selling the card and just moving on. My watercooling dreams are pretty much done.
Sell it and get another from a different manufacturer
Does that report as 4x GPU's in the device manager? 🆒Lol 8691 on an old 295x2
I scored 8 691 in Time Spy
AMD Ryzen 7 1700, AMD Radeon R9 295X2 x 2, 8192 MB, 64-bit Windows 10}www.3dmark.com
If you check the details on the link its 2 R9 290Xs linked so only 2GPUs ... the card was chilled and the CPU under DICEDoes that report as 4x GPU's in the device manager? 🆒
Also, what kind of temperatures are you getting on the GPU's while stressing it? Some nice results you have there!
Tell me more about this ice bucket to drop half of the rad? Did you use actual ice for the tubes towards the radiator?Small update again.... well I had the time and a good ice bucket to drop half the rad into jut to make sure temps don't break 41C on the gpu.
Time Spy - 15472 almost getting to the 17K GPU score
Time Spy Extreme - 7003 finally got the 8K GPU score, can see this bench was not made for AMD Ryzen
