Digging the new look

This is gonna sound like a typical tech support 'problem'.. but the current homepage feels laggy. The scrolling feels like you are pulling on a rubber band. Scroll up and down on this page/tread. Then compare that, to the homepage..

Not sure if it was mentioned, the latest posts dont auto-update anymore for me, i usually have to refresh the page. also the tags section being above the latest posts is kinda distracting and weird ?

@RickyF I noticed that if you take out the thread link to the deal which you were trying to give positive feedback for at the moment and then place that within the comment and leave the thread link open as it now states at the bottom optional it then appears to allow you to give a positive rating doing it that way. It's probably not the correct way to do things but at the moment that way is working till they fix the site fully

I just tried with blank Deal URL field and listing the URL in the comments section. But the Deal URL field is now shown as "required" and if left blank, the error message states "Enter a valid URL". If the URL is included, the error message is "Server error".

So the workaround isn't working anymore. :-(

I just did a test feedback and it worked

I actually go into the thread I bought from and clicked under the seller's nickname ADD FEEDBACK

@mod could you please remove the iTrade I left just now...

(a) i could reply to you with your own quote - your response here is wildly OTT for the subject.

(b) the reason you're only seeing *complaints* is because this thread is specifically for problems, not for compliments. if you look at the header it gives it away.

(c) as a general rule, policing people who provide feedback by shouting at them does the opposite of what you intend - it inhibits community development, not enhances it.

if you'd like to keep bitching at me, we can start a separate thread for that, or you can take it to PM, but i suggest that this thread remain on topic.

check your Timezone settings as with the new forum, it got changed

I really like the updated new design. I have one UX issue though, clicking on "what's new" and then "view more" shows the first few items again. I think it would be better similar to the old forum where it shows all items, reducing clicks and time. Just my 2c.
