Support Problems on new and improved Carb

@superrob try clearing the cache on chrome. Anyway ive been experiencing a problem trying to return an itrader it justs says

"
any work arounds or do i have to return a "new" itrader if that makes sense?
 
On the old Carbonite site there was a limit on the number of PM's we could store in sent and received. Has that limit been retained? It seems like all my old messages have been saved and I cannot find a delete function in the dropdown.

For the time being, PM inbox sizes are unlimited. We will be changing that in the future. When... Well just enjoy the space for now ;)
 
Change is disliked because we prefer routines or the known. I do like the dark theme, always have preferred dark but I feel allowing changes of themes from a wide variety in the future will be most suited to most audiences.

Time and patience will be needed for the upcoming weeks. It's the same as reinstalling an OS, so much to do to get it to how you had it or want it.
 
Quick update - Seems Chrome browser is working again once cookies and all were cleared.
Firefox still running perfectly with nothing changed
Internet explorer Edge I'm unsure of as I do not use it if I can help

Problem is we don’t use Discord. I registered today and it didn’t send me the text despite my several attempts. Facebook... well who looks at a social media page when Carbonite is everything social media you will ever need. It’s a good defensive reply but it isn’t practical.
 
I seem to be having problems posting iTrader feedback.... Anybody else battling ?
 
Where is the equivalent of "Subscribed Threads"?

I presume it's "Threads with your posts" but that just seems to be a random selection of any threads.

Also as said above the background popping in between posts while scrolling is distracting.

Select to watch a thread and you'll get the same ability.

I don't know but the background is larger as there wasn't really a background before. The background is just under a megabyte but it'll get cached by your browser
 
I don't know. This is going to take some getting used to. But after spending a few minutes jumping around the forum, it doesn't seem that different. Same features under different names, basically.
 
I cannot send messages on tapatalk, also all the pics and threads don't match, it shows a mouse when someone is selling a Monitor, open thread and there are no photos at all...

I liked the old carbonite, don't like the new setup, it's confusing and difficult to read on dark theme.
 
What's the URL for the new 'improved' (very much in quotations) Carbonite livewall?
 
I for one am going to take this as a new chapter on carb. Cant even remember the look of the first version after it was evolved from prophecy forum.

Few things i will be doing and checking for.
1. Going to post a funny sale item for the admins.
2. May want to upgrade my reseller sub to 6 months.
3. Maybe consider a yearly sub for VIP.
4. Going to sell more stuff on here.
5. Going to start ignoring lowball offers.
6. Can we get a sub tread for new changes that will be made - community involvement and help article for new changes?
7. Use for a week before i make any more stupid comments.

Just my R100 with 15% vat.

I don't get people complaining about the new layout being confusing.
When Microsoft launched win10 it was very much different from Win 7 which most people were still on, yet 80%+ of them changed to Win10...
Yes, change is strange, but without change nothing can move forward.
