Thanks for arranging the shipping and packaging the card well - You've done your best and I'm grateful
It's unfortunate that the Powercolor card took some shipping damage, but it's a risk that I was prepared to accept and no buyer/seller can be accountable really (unless there's some noticeable trend, but that's rare).
Luckily it's minor and the responses in a thread like this motivate optimism in solving the problem - that's what makes this forum great!
I'll reply on the thread once I've got the heatsinks back in place and have tested the card.
