Negative Itrader, sent him R1000 via EFT. He then tells me next day after payment, that he's account has been hacked. I inform him, to send me an email to show that Capitec has closed the account, he said he didn't have it, and he'll get it in 3-5 days. (Utter nonsense) . Call Capitec informing them of the case, and ask what happens when someones account has been hacked. They inform me that they provide a reference number and in general on ones app it shows that the account has been closed. He also couldn't provide a reference number either. No evidence at all. When asked to provide a screenshot of his app. He is unable too, cause now its not taking screenshots. Utter bogus stories. He is also unwilling to take calls either although willing to text
