I bought 6 x 3TB WD Red drives used, which arrived on the 27th of September, 2 of which seem to be faulty after testing and the seller isn't keen on a partial refund for the 2 drives or swapping them for me as he is currently very busy at work. I reported the first faulty drive to the seller on the 27th of September and the second faulty drive on the 3d of October and he agreed to have a look at what drives he had left to swap them out for me on the 3d of October, but when I did not hear from the seller, I followed up on the 7th to check if he had stock to swap or if I should ship the 2 drives back for a refund to which the seller responded: "Um refund. You know the ad said shipping at your own risk" "and I said they were tested in crystal disk" .The drives were very well wrapped by the seller and definitely not physically damaged in transit as 4 of them are running perfectly fine. and I have the HDD Sentinel reports showing the declining health of the 2 drives. I paid for the shipping and I am willing to pay for the return shipping of the drives and I informed the seller of this. I explained to the seller that we could involve the Carb Admins if he felt that I am being unreasonable asking for a partial refund which he interpreted as a threat and his response was to "Go wild mate" I thought it better to negative itrader the seller and be done with it.
