Hey @Musticlas and @Petester,
This is a long story that's been going on for weeks, but there's been really good customer service otherwise so I don't think it's necessary to name and shame.

TL;DR is that this is a replacement PSU from Cooler Master's distributor because the first one I bought from the store was defective in addition to being not a good fit for my system. I couldn't find this clause in the store's T&Cs, but apparently - because it was sent back to the CM distributor and I received a new one - I cannot be refunded for it (although I made it clear when I RMA'd it that I wanted a refund instead of a replacement).
I received this new replacement product yesterday at which point I immediately made the post.

So yeah, I agree that this being a new and untouched product should technically mean that they should have no problem accepting it, refunding me, and reselling it but I've grown tired of the back and forth and just want this PSU to go to a home/chassis that loves and appreciates it.
