Why not order one yourself from Aliexpress with a VISA/Mastercard Debit/Credit card. It can take up to 2 months, but it will be under R200. I just ordered from that site yesterday.

This one is a 4 pin, maybe it will work, but likely you wont have volume control. Maybe worth trying in the mean time?

You might struggle to get a 5 pin jack locally, I've never seen one till now. Yours has a 4 pin TRSS on one side and a custom 5 pin on the other.
