Correct. With order of operations, the answer is 19.14. So, your logic in the screenshot is not correct. it's not (20-6)/7, it's 20-(6/7).

I know what BODMAS & order of operations - I was just not aware of where they stated the ROE.

It seems that are effectively adding a level of simplicity with that but not absolutely.
