Need help with Java

Good afternoon, I am currently trying to run my new Java program on Netbeans but I keep getting a error

      my pom xml file looks as such

ran with -e switch and deleted my .m2 repository.
 
Sorry, this might not be of much help but have your tried running it with a different IDE? I use IntelliJ by Jetbrains for my Java programming.
 
Figured out what happened, whenever I try and load a image from swing to a Jlabel it does crashes the program without giving an error, weird...
