Warranty: No (but MiniDSP are great with support and offer repairs if ever needed)
Packaging: No, but I have the accessories it comes with.

Perfect for upto a 4 way active speaker build, or 3 way with subwoofers.
Has 8 outputs and 4 presets to make A / B listening and comparisons easier. Contains the HD MiniDSP DAC and processors.
Has a smart IR learning function which can be used to adjust the volume, change presets etc. with any IR remote.
Compatible with REW for easy room correction
