Haven’t had time to sit down and test this properly till this morning before load shedding. This is only a 100% HCI validation, but so far it’s looking like 7400C34 at 1.395 VDD and 1.305 VDDQ is doable. This obviously depends on the board, your IMC, and your kit bin. I can already tell you off the rip that I again pulled an unlucky chip and an unlucky kit so these settings should be doable on basically anything that functions electrically.

Very nice!, I got a dud chip and the z690 Apex is known to be hit an miss on mem. I have gotten up to 7400 cl4 semi stable but will need lots ot tuning and might not be safe for 24/7 had to crank SA just to boot. Currently running 6800 CL34 until I have time to play around, lots of new stuff to learn when coming from Rocketlake XD

Only 6133 was clear CMOS retrain stable for me on that particular sample so you might actually have a really good chip tbh. You can check MC SP as well. I think they also made some improvements to the BIOS.

Since making this post I got a lot further with it. The 690 Dark that went to @Dominoz could do 7800 VST/TM5 PIDAC retrain stable. I’m off SR and onto DR now though because I got FOMO.

Yeah still a lot to learn about the new platform, So Far been concentrating more on optimising power/temps. Mobo manufacturer's are pumping way too much power by default got it down from instant 95-100c to 75 by enforcing intel limits and tweaking a bit.
