In this OneDrive you will find:
12900K: 7000C34 @ 1.47 VDD/1.38 VDDQ
13700K: 7000C34 @ 1.455 VDD/1.365 VDDQ; 7000C32 @ 1.5 VDD/1.41 VDDQ; 7200C32 @ 1.605 VDD/1.515 VDDQ

All secondaries and tertiaries in the above profiles were tightened, and each result was only deemed stable once achieving a minimum of 600% HCI coverage. Results were achieved with varying between very low TX and SA and moderate, suggesting that this kit can be adapted to different setups. This goes without saying, but you will have my full attention getting any one of these profiles setup so long as you follow the guidelines below. I expect 7000C34 @ 1.455/1.365 is going to be the go-to target for many.

Configurations capable of tested profiles:

Alder Lake up to 7000C34 1.47/1.38 profile ONLY:
MAXIMUS Z690 APEX M0UAY1
MEG Z690 UNIFY-X
AORUS Z690 TACHYON
AORUS Z790 (full stack)
MSI Z790 (full stack)
ASUS ROG and MAXIMUS Z790 (full stack)

Raptor Lake up to 7200+:
MAXIMUS Z690 APEX M0UAY1
MEG Z690 UNIFY-X
AORUS Z790 (full stack)
MSI Z790i EDGE ITX
ASUS ROG and MAXIMUS Z790 (full stack)

TX VDDQ, VCCSA, and VDD2 are subject to change according to your personal CPU’s memory controller, and your personal motherboard and its BIOS revision. Memory settings should be transferable, but as with XMP, they are only a guide and stability is never guaranteed.

Some YT real-time testing of the configs being advertised:
