It's King Scar... well, this little monke might not be but king scar(The big baddie in this movie) is the Orangutan kaiju who killed kong's parents. He bigger than kong but godzirra smacked him good and sent him into inner earth prison and now he back for revenge!
There are rumors that Shimu(The first kaiju) and the cause of the ice ages is going to be fighting alongside king scar against the godzirra and kong.

I like the monsterverse xD
