Fixed lte/5g

So moving house to Assagay in hillcrest , no fibre , i have done a test with my mtn sim in my pixel and it downloads at around 200mbps
however every sp that i try to get home lte/5g from says that i dont have coverage in that area ?
how is this possible , how do i work around this ?
