Hey everyone

There is this post done by a very reputable seller, selling a 6700XT from a miner with a "short-lived career". I've noticed he's already sold one of the cards, but the second one is taking a while to sell. To me, it seems like such a great deal - especially considering the card you're getting. Anyone have any advice on how I should approach this deal, if at all, when buying the card?

Can't go wring with strix bud!!

Though you can get rtx 3070 from a lower tier brand at R6000 or so which would kill the 6700xt at ray tracing!

Yea it's all personal preference
You can get a 3070ti at same price although it's not a strix card
Everyone will give you their own opinion, it's just what is more important for you: Brand vs Name Vs Performance

In my experience owning high-end and low-end versions of cards, there's no reason to go for the high-end versions unless there's a known issue with the lower-end versions.

Meaning, the difference between a high-end 6700XT and a low-end one is minimal and not worth the extra, if that same money could get you a higher-tier card (6800XT or whatever).

3070Ti at the same price would abuse that 6700XT all day.

Is the 3070ti's 8GB of VRAM enough for 3-4 years of gaming?

Yes if you are willing to progressively lower the graphics settings if the games graphics demand are more than what the card can provide.

If you're not brand loyal, you could consider this cheaper 6700xt,
