Not sure what RMA is, but I ordered it from Takealot and it took 3 and half weeks to arrive, so after waiting 2 weeks I just got a different cooler instead of waiting for this one to arrive eventually. Why?

A replacement unit that was used after the previous unit you had failed and was replaced with a new unit - but the remainder of the warranty
