Hey all need some help i want to start overclocking my cpu i never done it before and don't know were to start i downloaded intel XTU but if i do a automatic overclock it fails every time and if i do a manual overclock it doesn't take it my cpu is the Intel Core I5 12600K and running the gigabyte b660m aorus pro ax ddr4 Motherboard P.S Youtube is not helping and there is no video's explaining Overclocking for dummies LOL

Hey, I might be wrong but issue is likely the motherboard. The Z chipsets (z690/790) usually allow voltage modification unlike Ryzens where all board do it

Thanks @Water-T if i just check the motherboard i could have seen it

As CPU overclocking is not an option on the B660M AORUS PRO AX DDR4, our focus this time will be on memory overclocking.
