Support Can’t get 2fa code on google auth app

Good day support team,

I formatted my phone and reinstalled everything, after installing the google auth app where I used to get my 2fa codes to log into carbonite, I’m no longer receiving it. I tried everything I know but can’t seem to get the carbonite codes to pop up in the app. Please help!!
