Recently got a pretty sweet 980ti that im sortof modding (added a G12, some thermal pads, copper heatsinks and thermal tape on the way) just as a fun experiment. I rebuild my pc and run tests more than play any games. Anyhoo. Looking for someone with similar specs to see how this config is panning out.
I5 8400
16GB (2666 - not that will make 0.05% diff) in dual channel
980ti - preferably high spec but any will di at the end of the day.
If you could run tests on:
Firestrike
Heaven (1080p, max qual, max tesselation)
Far cry 5 (if you have)
Vermintide2
Report your results and gpu temps please 💪
Ps. Mention any OC or whether running stock. I will post my results in the next few days as im still modding to get it in its final form
