Z370 Mobo damaged sigh

Roobir only just set the board up was busy watching that comedy on TV called politics it's a pretty funny show you should watch it sometime.... so I only managed to do a couple of tests so far on Asus stock overclock, yes their MCE(note MCE stock out the box setups on both Asus board I've used puts the 8700k at 4.7ghz turbo) horrible setup with vcore set to 1.25v in Intel Extreme Tuning Utility because I haven't been bothered fitting all my drives with the other utilities on yet. So far differences are as follows
on intels cpu test my cpu used to hit between 65 to 75 degrees on this MCE setup.

I want to run more tests though but in that small test max temp only once hit 64 degrees and average was around 58 to 60 degrees will do other benchmarks soon.

I want to see what temps I'm hitting on 5.0ghz asap that's where the delid should shine more.

Gouhan should step in and lend some advice/tips here

this is very interesting indeedy so far in BF1 on the stock setup(MCE 4.7ghz) Roobir I used to average 70 to 75 degrees especially when pc hits 100 percent usage alot in that game, I'm now only hitting 58 degrees in that game and I always use MSI afterburner to check how system runs in game. I'm liking that I did the delid so far. Will do all my other benchmarks when I'm awake later.... Any benchmarks you'd like to have me try?

That's a lekker temperature drop :p

You have a decent chip to be able to do 5 GHz on air/water :)

Realbench 2.5.6 :distracted: 60 degrees Max temp was only hit very impressive(still using the Antec H1200 Pro have not fitted the H115i yet)

prime95 :distracted: 71 degrees Max temp was only hit very impressive(still using the Antec H1200 Pro have not fitted the H115i yet)

Also note all my cores are in sync with each other.

I also only remembered after doing alot of these tests that last time I did them I had my fan controller clocked full on certain fans and all motherboard fans max to see if it made a difference..... these temps I have above was with all fans running on auto and fan controller turned to lowest setting. Huge temp differences for me, my coffeelake was definitely covered with thermal toothpaste from Intel but Rebeltech have sorted that out.

Ask the kind guys & girls @ Rebeltech if they'll take another look at the pins. IMHO no need to spend R4k if you can pay them a few hundred to recheck the pins.

The board is definitely working again but alas due to the pin damage it's only reading one ram chip and not both slotted in together. So a big thank you to rebeltech for all their great work but I'll definitely need a new board from this.

already have my new board bud, Jonathan definitely did his very best, I on the other hand messed the pins up hence he could only do what he could but no more
