Z flip 3 Refund Advice

Hi guys I really need help ! I’ve been trying to return my Z Flip 3 after pre ordering it and not enjoying it as much as I thought . I’ve waited two weeks after filling in the form and contacting everyday to see when they gonna pick up the phone and they are just no help . There is always some new excuse every day . Any advice ? I’m still within the 45 day trial period
