Just tried to confirm my Yoco warranty expiration (bought March 2020) and the idiots still tell me 1) 1 year warranty 2) Warranty void if sold.

Copied & pasted from the email in Jan, then the chat agent says they must escalate... F all internal communication when it does not suite Yoco, but both staff I spoke to today knew that since 2021, Yoco only have a 1year warranty on new purchases...

Such a shame as the product seems good, but the service is typical 3rd world service.

The device seems solid. I have not had much need for any interaction with them though. I will actually just remove the warranty info and sell without a warranty. Don't want to get the buyer's hopes up at all.
