Item on offer: Yamaha HS-8 monitors, Focusrite Saffire 6 USB (Gen1), and cables.
Age: Unsure. Traded one of my laptops with my daughters boyfriend for them. Seemed like a good idea and he needed a lappy.
Price: Prefer to trade. I will check prices in the meantime, and will update with a potential sale price. I don't mind selling to buy new speakers.
Warranty: Nope.
Packaging: Nope.
Condition: Good. Speakers have slight wear marks on the edges.
Location: Harties - for now.
Reason: Too damn big for my desk, require too much power, and not mobile enough (see below).
Shipping: Nope. Too heavy.
Collection: Yep.

Focusrite Saffire USB: FOCUSRITE SAFFIRE 6 USB Audio interfaces Usb
Item Wanted: Some really good desktop speakers. Focus on audio quality - not gaming, surround sound, etc...
Packaging Essential: Not really.
Desired Age: Don't mind. Must just work well.
Location: Any
Willing to accept a shipped item: Prefer a collect and trade, but if I sell these - then ye, will accept a shipped item for a sale.
Ballpark/Budget Amount: Trade for now. I would imagine around R10k worth of value.
My daughters boyfriend produced music and played it at a few clubs around JHB. They recently left to go to the UK, and he needed a decent lappy - so we traded. Said it was cheaper for him to re-buy this kit over there than take it with.
They sound great, but fok - they are big for my desk. I am hitting the road next month as a digital nomad and trying to scale down all my belongings to just what fits in my car - and these babies go against my plans a bit.
So ye, smaller is needed. Much smaller. I still want kak good quality though. I love listening to music at my PC - so this is tops.
Please guys, I don't want gaming speakers, and I don't want surround sound. 2.0 or 2.1 is perfect. I would prefer monitors designed for PC, but this is a new field for me so need to explore what is out there before I have specific requests.
