Xbox Cloud Gaming

There are rumours that Xbox Cloud Gaming is now available on the Xbox App for Windows 10 (Cloud gaming services in south africa - 2022/2023) but the Microsoft website still says it's not available here (Xbox Supported Countries). Can anyone with the Xbox Game Pass Ultimate confirm?

Im currently using a vpn to connect to EU servers. Have some small lags at times but defs playable for casuals on 20mb line

Thanks for the reply. So it's not available here yet? Damn. Will have to look for a decent vpn.
