My sister used the Xbox to watch YouTube/Netflix since her TV isn't smart. But I have noticed something strange and could not fix it - randomly at times, she gets disconnected from Xbox Live. Tried resetting the Xbox, connecting via cable and WiFi with no success. Not sure if it has the do with not having Xbox Live Gold but buyer please take note. As for the controller, the left stick isn't working.
