PLEASE READ!!
After purchasing a xbox 360 I found that one of the controllers is faulty.
So here are some options:
Windows receiver alone = R350
Receiver + faulty controller = R400
Or as OP states R550.

Faulty controller: The battery does not charge and the RB does not work.
