Good morning, I have just recieved a ban for a duplicate account, but I only have 1 profile that I know of? Please can you explain to me? I got the email to say I need a reseller subscription, but I am not a reseller and then I got a notification to say I have a duplicate account and I was banned? But I really only have 1 account
