Wootware dispatch times

Just wanted to ask if any of you guys have used Wootware recently and what their dispatch times to CPT have been. I've used them many times and they've always had my stuff delivered the day after payment. I want to order a 6800 to replace my 3080, but I'm not sure if it will arrive by Friday. They mentioned something regarding being congested due to the holiday period. What do you guys think? Safer to just find one on carb or what?

My honest 2c - depends on which courier they use.

They are also quite close to you so should be simple enough hopefully.

I usually get 2 days dispatch after payment, My 6800 will only be sent tomorrow so no gaming this weekend

I've always opted for Dawn Wing, and they've yet to disappoint me. Next day delivery every single time. Just don't know tbh haha. I want to pull the trigger but if it arrives on like Tuesday then I will have to wait till then to redo my entire PC with my motherboard installation as well.

They probably also just busy with backlog of orders from their break

They have been closed since December 22 and opened on Monday so I assume they catching up with orders done within this period. How ever I can confirm I ordered an Nvme drive on 21 Dec and received on the 23 Dec a day before expected delivery. Yes I am in CT

I purchased my card yesterday morning, received the mail stating Dispatch would be on Thursday. I am in Gauteng though, maybe your order would be delivered Friday. But judging by the delays, count on monday imo

I decided to take it on the chin and order it before 5PM once my 3080 money reflected. It says their sales department received PoP so hoping for the best. Have a 1v1 tournament match on Tuesday so I hope I didn’t just shoot myself in the foot. Thanks for all the input guys, at the end of the day I just YOLO’d it.
